An Hyper-naked to kickstart the Acceleration Revolution.
Riders of the world, unite!
The Energica EVA Ribelle is the naked version of the Energica EGO+, with the same torque, power, acceleration, and range; the only key differences are the riding position and the top speed.
If you want a true electric hyper-naked, aggressive with urban charm, with a sporty yet upright riding position instead of the typical racing crouch, choose the EVA Ribelle.
Just like its sibling EsseEsse9+, EVA Ribelle easily transforms into a long-distance sport-touring bike with the simple addition of side bags, a windscreen, and a tank bag.
Similar to the EGO+, the 2023 version of the Energica EVA Ribelle boasts enhanced torque of 222Nm, along with the same 21.5 kWh lithium-ion battery that can achieve up to 420 km of city range and the same suspension and performance options, plus all the technological comforts. Not enough for you?
You can opt for the “RS Version” for even higher speeds.

Energica unveils the new EMCE motor and inverter, a significant step forward in electric motorcycle propulsion.
EMCE is a brand-new HSM (Hybrid Synchronous Motor) engine, co-engineered exclusively by Energica and Mavel. The motor and inverter now share a liquid cooling system, resulting in a simpler and more effective design, with reduced dimensions and improved thermal efficiency. Motorcyclists will appreciate its incredible advantages: it's lighter, with a lower center of gravity for increased agility, higher peak performance, extended range, especially at higher speeds, and substantially reduced maintenance intervals.
TYPE | Liquid-cooled Three-Phase HSM (Hybrid Synchronous Motor) - 300 V - 12,000 RPM with adaptive control inverter |
ADAPTIVE CONTROL | Since the motor and inverter are developed in tandem, the inverter can provide adaptive control. This means it can select the right control parameters based on changing performance requirements: the torque demanded by the vehicle, motor speed, system operating mode, temperature, and other factors that identify the operating state of the powertrain. Adaptive control ensures that the inverter can always operate the system as efficiently as possible, while extending the system's operational limits. |
WEIGHT | The motor and inverter weigh together 10 kg less than the previous version, reducing the weight of the EVA Ribelle to 260 kg. The motorcycle's handling is significantly improved due to the smaller motor dimensions, shifting the center of gravity lower. Among the advantages of the new motor, it's important to note the improved thermal efficiency and increased power. |
POWER | We have slightly improved the continuous power output of the motor, which is now 149 HP/110 kW, but it's the peak power where we've excelled. In fact, the new motor pushes up to 171 HP/126 kW! Thanks to these enhancements, combined with the power of the RS version, you can have a motorcycle with better performance than any other electric motorcycle currently on the market. |
RANGE | The weight reduction plays a significant role in increasing speed, but the real advantage is the extended range on rural roads. This is possible due to the improved efficiency of the new EMCE motor, which can reduce its temperature during operation. At lower speeds, the range increases by 5% to 10% depending on the driving style. Great news for those who love to cover miles. |
MAINTENANCE | Our motorcycles already require much less maintenance compared to internal combustion motorcycles. Until now, you needed to change the transmission/engine oil every 10,000 km. Not anymore. In fact, you'll only need to change the transmission oil every 30,000 km and the motor/inverter cooling fluid every 45,000 km. Thanks to this improvement, you can focus exclusively on the riding experience and (almost) forget about maintenance. |
DRIVING MODES | Four driving modes: Eco, Standard, Wet, Sport Four levels of regenerative braking: Low, Medium, High, Off |
DASHBOARD | Cobo, 4.3-inch TFT color screen, WQYGA 480x272 resolution – 16.7 million colors with active matrix. 9 Alarm indicator lights; 6 + 6 power consumption lights; external light sensor; Real Time Clock. |
VEHICLE CONTROL UNIT | The vehicle is controlled by a Vehicle Control Unit that implements an adaptive energy and motor power multi-map management algorithm. It can constantly monitor the battery's status, even with the vehicle turned off and the key removed. Implementation of a new mapping and parameterization dedicated to the RS version to emphasize the performance and excitement derived from Energica's experience in the racing world. |
TRACTION CONTROL | Six-level, defeatable traction control, complementing the existing engine brake anti-slip/traction control (eABS), and Bosch ABS |
CRUISE CONTROL | Sophisticated cruise control system that uses electric braking to maintain speed and increase energy during braking |
PARK ASSISTANT | Forward and reverse (Low speed) |
MAX SPEED | Limited to 200 km/h |
ACCELERATION | EVA Ribelle 0-100 km/h: 2.8 sec EVA Ribelle RS Version 0-100 km/h: 2.6 sec |

POWER | Peak power 171 CV (126 kW) Continuous power 149 CV (110 kW) |
RANGE | City: 420 km – Mixed: 256 km – Extra urban: 208 km The new EMCE engine provides an additional 5% – 10% of autonomy depending on driving style compared to the previous engine thanks to its lower weight and greater thermal efficiency. |
